Beboz

London based Beboz has acquired a large customer base and was ready to franchise its Italian street food concept. While the food offered was great, the brand lacked consistency and was missing a strong visual connection to its Italian roots.

After a strategy session, we decided to start from scratch and build a brand new look that stretches across and creates consistency between all touch points of the brand. Our idea was to create a visual language that creates a modern spin on traditional Italian elements. We created a flat graphic pattern based on classic painted tiles from Italy. The logo takes inspiration from vintage restaurant signs.

As the packaging doesn’t need to sell the product our aim was to make it different and eye catching. Consumed on the street its role was to get noticed and help with the brand awareness.

Another way of making the brand more noticeable was to create bold window vinyls that grab people’s attention by break up the grey London street with bold colours, patterns and photography

“After installing the window vinyls, the sales went up 12% and we keep on getting new customers which we didn’t before”
